Description

Wallpaper changer allowed the user to have their desktop background automatically changed when Windows started, or at configurable time intervals.  The program would change the background either randomly or sequentially through a list of images specified by the user.

Comments

I remember feeling that this program was pretty successful because it got thousands of downloads on download.com.  As with most of my programs it went through several iterations as I learned how to organize code better.  At one point I did release the source code to this program.
